Sexual harassment

I posted this on another thread which seems to be dead. I would just like an opinion, please.

A former employee is threatening to sue my supervisor for sexual harassment because she made available to the employees an audio file of the phone call he had made which he claims violated his privacy. He was overheard doing something while on hold that he shouldn't have been doing.

What do you think? Hear for yourself and decide. Does he have a case?

Jeez,on that link you wrote he had already left (by himself) because they refused to erase the tape.Btw i find it BS of you to go make a homepage and write what you did and let people hear the record.I didnt listen to it,because it didnt work.Whats it any of your business in the first place?

I haven't listened to the link but is it really anything to do with you? You're not even involved with the law suit so it may be wise to step back and not post the audio. This is an open forum and you may actually hinder his case if you are posting it publicly without permission.
