my son will be 4 in January and has walked on his tip toes forever now. he has just begun seeing a podiatrist, neurologist and is seeing the orthopedic surgeon tomorrow to start scheduling surgery. both the podiatrist and neurologist both said "this is the worst case of toe walking in a child his age and he needs surgery immediately!!" obviously i haven't seen the orthopedic doctor yet [we go tomorrow at 11 am], but my nerves are all over the place. i don't know what yo be expecting and nobody else i know has had to go through this. i was hoping someone else themselves or their children have unfortunately had to go through this and can give me a little insight as to what were up against. i have no idea what to be expecting, his feet are having spams' a lot in which he now has a medication to help control them, but it's making it very difficult for him to walk around and he is ALWAYS complaining of headaches now which is causing more worry on my end considering my mother and myself both suffer from chronic migraines. so if there is anything anyone can do to help shed some light on the upcoming events it would be greatly appreciated
