My ex pays $110 a week for support....well sometimes :-/ I just don't feel like this is enough for two children. He won't give me any extra money when I ask for it. $110 a week won't pay for their counseling and other medical copays, gymnastics fees, school sports, and all the necessary things they need. I don't want to be greedy though. Advice please!

He does make more. I haven't taken him back in 4 years. I think I at least need to go back and get it put in the order for him to pay half of all copays.

You can only go back to get more support of you can prove he has made more money in recent times. 110 a week is 440 a month. Does he have to pay half the medical bills and copays for doc visits? And the therapy? Also child support is to help pay for NECESSARY THINGS. Food, clothing, shelter, school fees and needs, doctor office visits and any extras like gymnastics. Unless you have it added into the order that those other things need to be halved between you and him then you might be stuck. So unless he has had a change in income lately, you can not get them to give you more but if he is missing payments you can get them to get on his back about paying on time.
