Should I be worried or not?

So, I know my dates are right, no question. LMP was November 28th. (I was nursing our third child at the time, 9 months of age, but periods had been normal for months...). At my first OB appt on Wednesday this week, I should have been 9 weeks. I only measured 7 weeks 4 days. The baby did have a strong heartbeat, but it was only 153, which seemed slow to me. The u/s tech said I probably just ovulated late, but I'm always like clockwork. Should I be concerned that something is wrong with the baby, or am I just borrowing trouble? Anybody have any similar experiences to share? This would be our fourth child, fifth pregnancy. (We have three boys (ages 4, 3, and 1), and have had one miscarriage.). Thank you in advance for the help! :). I know this is God's baby first, I just think hearing others experiences, both good and bad, would make me feel less alone.

Don't forget that fertilization and implantation can take a few days. Not to mention that an OB measurement is MUCH less accurate that an ultrasound measurement, and even then, the corresponding dates are more of an approximation than an exact pinpointing.
You're not off by much, I really wouldn't worry.
Now, if you were supposed to be 9 weeks and only measured at 4, I would say there may be some cause for concern.
