if you want to stop, then now it is the right choice for you. There are ways to increase your supply, like feeding and pumping frequently. It is really your choice. Whatever you decide to do will be the right choice for you and baby.

Being a mom is hard enough. We feel guilty for a lot of things, and I truly feel belittling a mother for choosing formula is really horrible.

You have to do what you feel is right, and for those in your life that are not supportive, well they will get over it. Don't discuss it with them. They will catch on quick.

Also, if you do want tips to try to increase milk supply, you can ask for that also.

Drying up a milk supply (even if you do not have a lot) can be very uncomfortable and painful. Some tips, do NOT express no matter how uncomfortable you are. Any breast/nipple stimulation will encourage your supply, and make it longer to get rid of your milk. Cold cabbage leaves in your bra can really help reduce the supply quicker. I don't know why or how, it just does.

Best of luck momma!
