My 14 year old daughter wants to drink energy drinks. She has been begging me for the past week I have been telling her no but she says everyone her age drinks them. Should I let her or not.

As long as you're over the age of ten or so, they're safe to drink. What is not safe is drinking multiple energy drinks in the same day. Given that she's young, limit them to about one a week at the very most.

Maybe make it like a weekend treat, maybe use it to give her incentive to finish all her homework that week or something along those lines.

Energy drinks are not as dangerous as people will lead you to believe. They're only dangerous if you're downing them on a daily basis, but hey, so is every drink from alcohol to soda. Even water will kill you if you ingest too much of it. I know that's kind of comparing apples to oranges, but one energy drink a week would be no more dangerous to a 14 year old than a few cups of coffee on the weekends.
