Should I resume my work or stay back at home

Hie ladies, I need your suggestions, my cutie is now 6 months old. Before my pregnancy I was in marketing communications., and a bit workaholic. This job demands lots of hours and traveling. Therefore I was thinking of pursuing education in teaching, and thought of attaining degrees and higher diplomas in that field. I know all my previous experience will not cout.
My husband has a opinion that I should look after my cutie, although he didn't mind if I pursue my education. But every time I have ask him the money when I needed and have to give explanations, which I have never done before, and makes me irritated and I feeling helpless.
Pls suggest what should I do.
1. Should I started looking for a job in my field.. So that I can contribute in family expenses.
2. Should I pursue education in teaching till the time my cutie becomes bit older.
3. Should I stay at home and forgets all this.

Needed your comments ladies.

I think this is something that relies solely upon the personal expectations of your life. Ask yourself these questions:
- Why do I want and/or need money?
- What am I sacrificing by going back to work and/or pursuing an alternate career?
- What am I sacrificing by not going back to work and/or pursuing an alternate career?
- What are my short-terms and long-term goals and how will they benefit me and my family?

I'm a working mom myself - not a seriously important job but, prior to the birth of my son I worked whenever I could. I went back to work when he was 6 months old (he's 16 months now) and sometimes wish I could just be home with him constantly but, financially I can't afford to.
Anytime, I am asked to work extra hours or days, the voice of a friend echoes in my mind saying, "that baby won't stay a baby forever."
Hope this gives you a bit of insight! Good luck momma!
