I wash everyones clothes, My daughters nearly 13 and if I say to her just put this wash on for me she dose so I guess on those occasions she's washing my clothes lol. I do think it is important for teenagers to learn life skills. my rule if it's not in the wash basket it wont get washed I'm not hunting down school uniforms and p.e kits

I do. But he hangs out the washing and brings it in (all of it, not just his), so I throw it in the wash. I think that's a pretty fair deal. He also irons his school uniform himself these days.

I guess whether you should wash his clothes or not depends on what other things you expect of him and how he treats you.

Of course! Do the kids take turns doing the wash? I would say there are many chores around the family that can be given to your 15 year old.

Yes! Why single out a child from the rest of the family. You do your husbands! If you want them to help out about the house then make them do some gardening, walk the dog, local shopping trips for odd bits etc.
