Should my 13 year old's bedtime be 9:00? I am not letting her have any electronics in her room. Does that seem unfair? She finds this situation very upsetting.

It depends on what time she needs to be up in the morning, but it sounds okay to me. My 15 year old has a bedtime of 9:30 on school nights (no electronics) because he has to be up at 6:30 in the morning to get ready for school. Are you having to wake her for school in the mornings? Basically, teenagers still need more sleep than adults, so 9-10 hours a night should be used as a guide.
