I recently had to take a baby photo of myself to work for a bulletin board. I was looking through the family photo albums that my mom had made and between all of the pages of birthday parties, camping trips, Christmas mornings, etc she had put pages of photos of herself posed provocatively and wearing teddies, etc. She was covered about as much as she would have been with a swimsuit, but they were clearly sexy photos that were meant for sexual purposes. I was totally shocked and appalled, that these would not be kept in a separate private album for her and my dad. I also had to wonder what the motivation could be. These are albums that anybody that visits my house could look at, not to mention her son-in-laws, grandsons, family friends, etc. When I told my mom how inappropriate I thought it was, she said she'd remove them but both her and my dad said they didn't see what the big deal was. Am I overreacting here? Do you think it is acceptable to post pictures of grandma in sexy teddies, etc in family albums?
