I am a good mother.Ex requesting TRAIL again in hopes to gain custody not to pay child support and to claim child every year. For him all boils down to greed and money and spite.I have cared 4 our daughter 10 yrs and have done very well. I have no past nor current backgroung however 3yrs dating a man of which my ex has subpoenaed in court using his pasr. Recently boyfriend incarcerated for 3months on DWI charge myself and child where no where near this occurance. boyfriends last DWI over 13 yrs ago. I am scared through court tatics and lies that my child COULD possibly be taken from me . I rent a home very nice daughter involved in many events father pays only $50 per month and court MAKES me share transportation for his visits(I put the crappy $50 child support $ in tank to share transportation)Therefore FATHER DOES NOT support child. He is getting married as leverage in custody combining their income while I am on SSI and get other assistance. PLEASE advice I have been threatened and proved ALL prior false allegations from this vindictive man and the courts allow him to continue making allegations.I have reached out to all legal authorities to help but no action has been taken.

Yes, but sounds like boyfriend does have a drinking problem. That said, its doubtful your relationship with him will affect custody, unless you let him live with you. I wouldn't, otherwise you could be looking at a very expensive, long drawn out custody battle where everyone is the loser.

Talk to a lawyer. He's not likely to get it, but will likely receive visitation, but you should get some legal advice.

he filed for sole custody at present I have primary custody ,he wants our daughter to live with him and I have visitation and pay child support. I could not function without my daughter residing with me. Legal authorities I meant police cps law guardian I have and daughter reported him NOT following court order. He just lost weekday visit due to stating he had not excersized in over 3 years and now he wants sole primary custody?

Support and visitation are actually two separate issues. Has he filed for full or joint custody? What does the current court order allow for and has he been following it?

I'm not sure what you mean by "legal authorities". You need a lawyer.

His lawyer trying to open boyfriends medical records also, prior boyfriend in our home frequently but did not reside plans on boyfriend residing in home with daughter and self. My daughter loves boyfriend and he takes more part in her life than father has.
