Hello, my name is Tasha. Im a single mom of four, graduated rehab in january i live with a father that suffers from severe PTSD from vietnam and grief and loss and i struggle with depressuon and anxiety myself, just getting back on my feet and im stressed. Anyone have some good advice for these daily struggles? My childrens ages are 3 year old girl, very hyperactive but very loving and smart. A 5 year old boy knows how to manipulate but also very loving and sweet too. A 13 year old boy, with ADHD, and bipolar, he is my biggest challenge. Then i have a 10 year old girl rhats a straight A student, very loving and caring, the only thing with heris she doesnt like chores or to pick up after herself. I know the 2 biggest areas needed are good stable structure and set boundaries. For a long time they did not get this or consistency. But now i want, need and have to do this for them and for me to have less stress. Please help!
