Yes you can phone and make an appointment by your normal doctor and then tell him/her how you feel.

This doesnt work for everybody but my doctor once told me that alot of people that have slight depressions feel better after speaking with a good friend about their problem and that they dont need counseling.Maybe you have a special friend that you trust and that you can speak about it to.But ofcourse if you feel you need profesional help then try get it.You could see your doctor and tell him how you feel, maybe it would even help if you take a plant based antidepressent.(pls exuse my spelling). I know that my aunt had slight depresion and her doctor gave her Jarsin. Its made from klamath weed.

My friend recently had a similar situation. Contact your OB immediately. Then you both can work out the next steps. I think a lot of people feel depressed but no one admits it. Best of luck through this time.

Try counselling or perhaps if your child is old enough for you to go back to work and balance your life. That could help

You can start by going to your doctor and tell him/her that you feel you have depressions. You can be totaly open about the subject because there are alot of people that go through hard times and have depression.
