I am a single mom with good child support. I am severely depressed 2 years since divorce. My ex husband is not involved on a regular basis with my children. I am able to stay at home with my children but I am severely depressed and fearful of how all of these things are affecting my children. The depression keeps me from being on top of my game and the absence of their father has to be hard for them too.

Lisa that is a very human response to a divorce, you are entitled to grieve your loss don't feel guilty. Sometimes you need a good friend or family support. Don't try to suppress your hurt feelings get out and talk to someone you can trust, even a little therapy might help. You will be surprised how much that helps. Holding hurt inside sometimes feel unbearable but when you are able to talk and express your feelings. You will get some resolve.Do it for your kids. They need you and need you on the top of your game. :)
