Christine Rice: Out of order. If you truly ARE in the situation you claim, you'd offer more productive advice, rather than bashing her because you think she's whining.

Madeline, make sure your diet is good, and that you're getting enough rest. Energy begets energy, so if you keep a good dietary intake, get good rest, you'll find that the energy will increase.

Well I am sorry that you are going through what you are going through. People go through things and it makes them stronger some just bitter. Some more than others. But let me just remind you just in case you didnt read my post clearly!! I want to know how to keep my motivation just incase I get to a place where im losing it. My issue is not motivation. Im just thinking ahead here. And I do work at a hospital now so I do know my situation could be worse and dont need a lecture on it. But thank you. And im sorry your situation has made you angry and bitter.

Hi Madeline,
You are one tough lady! Just making it to where you are right now and having sense to ask for advice shows you have what it takes to make it! I would love to chat with you about what exactly you need to stay motivated. I know what worked for me to get my energy back and be in a better overall mood. I am new to this community I don't know if its allowed to email but send me a message on here and we can connect and share stories if you would like. I would love to help if I can. :)
