I am a single mother of two teenagers. A boy 17 and a girl 15. They are driving me insane. It's like they tag-team being hateful. My son was historically an honor student, until his Junior year of high school, then he decides being a student was less important than working on his social skills. So he ended up tossed out of his boarding school and entered a new school in his last year of high school; and believe it or not has lofty ideas about where he thinks he's getting into college; and pretty arrogant about it. My daughter who is also a super smart young lady, seems to always be mad about one thing or another. She has the worse attitude I have ever seen. She seems to always want to hang around kids who don't want anything positive in their lives. Her self esteem is low and I have tried everything to help her; including therapy. I have done all that I know to do to make my kids happy. I have tried to put them in positive environments, open great opportunities and I give them my time and support. They are not the least bit appreciative. I stay frustrated!!!
