Hi, I have a two-year old who will not blow her nose. Her sinuses are constantly infected, out drives me up the wall. It also worries me at night when she is having trouble breathing. I do a lot to try to improve her condition.
Nothing is really effective. Any thoughts? Anyone, please help?

What are you doing to improve her condition. Most two year olds to NOT blow their noses. If you are fussing at her nose, you are likely contributing to the congestion. Actual sinus infections in toddlers are very uncommon. Are her adenoids enlarged and preventing drainage? Is she getting antibiotics for the infection? If your two year old need more than an occasional drop or two of saline to loosen up the mucus, you need to have her seen by an EENT. She may need a bit more intervention if she gets a cold, but that is two or three time a year at most.
