sippy cup frustration

My son just turned 14mo old. I have been trying to get him to drink out of several different sippy cups over the last 4 mo or so. He might take a few drinks here or there, but insists on his ba ba & he just keeps throwing his sippy cup. I have tried only using the sippy cup during the day, thinking he will get so thirsty that he will eventually give in, but he insists on the ba ba or he won't drink. He is a fussy eater of real food, so it is important he gets enough calories from his milk too. Any suggestions to make this transition a little easier?

I've tried the nuby soft tip kind, and he just chews on that & then throws it. No success with the hard topped ones either. I used mam bottles. I'll check into your link. Thanks!

Can you get a sippy cup top for the bottle? The bottles we used had a transition top you could get. It was longer and softer than a sippy cup spout, but not nipple shaped. And the bottom was still like a bottle.

We used them on Avent bottles and Born Free bottles. Other brands might have something similar.

What about just trying him with a regular cup?
