Six month old not sleeping through d night

Perfectly normal. I did have two that slept 12 hour nights at 6 months... but that only lasted a month. Then they were up to nurse 1-2 times/night until 14 months.
My son... only slept through the night (10-11 hours) a few random times until he was 2 years old. Until then he was up 1-5 times/night to nurse. Thanks to the Facebook memory posts I saw one talking about how he had been up FIVE times in 6 hours to nurse... at 11 months old!
Keep things quiet, calm, and dark during night wakings... do whatever needs to be done (diaper change and bottle/nursing) w/ as little interaction as possible. He'll start to sleep in longer stretches when he is ready and if he doesn't do it on his own you can start to gently encourage him when he is a bit older.

Don't get stressed out. This is normal in children of that age. Have you checked her for constipation. Are there other stressful events in the household?
You can try bedwetting alarms. They may help. A good place to shop for them is http://onestopbedwetting.com
