I'm not a mum. I'm a teenager. But I need advise. At night I usually try to go to sleep around 12 I fall asleep around 3-4 am but then I have a nightmare (sometimes about my past and then sometimes just Random stuff) so during the bad dream I wake up. After i wake up i stay up for a little bit and try to go back to bed after about an hour. I succeed sometimes. But then I wake up again and that time I stay up. It's very complicated to explain and I don't want to talk to my mum about it (for reasons). I don't have bad dreams every night. Right now it's 5:30am. I'm very tired and I put my phone down for more than two hours to try and fall asleep. But I can't seem to sleep. I did research and everything is telling me I could have a disorder or whatever. But I doubt it. But I have not slept at all today. Not since 12 pm. I'm so confused and stressed and I want to sleep but can't. Its really frustrating. Help me?
