So my son started having what the doctors and I believed to be seizures in October. They finally referred him to have a sleep study done 2 weeks ago. The study showed sleep apnea. When I went to the doctors office to discuss the test results she basically said that to treat the sleep apnea we would remove his adnoids and maybe his tonsils, however, my son already had his adnoids and his tonsils removed last year. Does anyone know what would be the next line of treatment? I asked her about c-pap but she said we'd worry about the sleep apnea later.

CPAP, if your doctor told you to worry about it later change DRs NOW. My son is on a CPAP and I did not have his adnoids or tonsils removed. He sleeps well with the machine, but it is hard to get them to wear it.

Worry about it later???? This is serious. I would definitely get him on a c-pap. That IS the next step.
