I am 3 days away from my baby's due date and the past few nights I have gotten barely any sleep. I just can't get comfortable in any position. I have tried a pillow in between my legs, it used to help but now just annoys me when it gets in the way because I am constantly changing positions. I have even tried proping my back against my boyfriend and or pillows but nothing works. And once I fall asleep finally after hours of moving around and then wake up to change positions yet again, my baby girl starts kicking my ribs and flipping over.
I feel like a zombie with having only 8 or so hours of sleep within 3 days. And I really don't want to be overly exhausted for the birth. I need my strength especially since I am doing a natural water birth.
Someone please help by suggesting things that worked for you or others.
I deeply appreciate it and am very greatful for any ideas!
