Sleep training

I have a 4 month daughter who recently started waking at 3am wide awake and started talking and wanting to play. Any tips on how to get her to go back to sleep?

She goes to bed at 7pm every night with no problems, she also usually sleeps through the night and maybe wakes up once around 1am for a feeding and then falls back asleep until 6am her normal wake up time. Any tips?

This is quite normal for her to do. Most babies do not sleep all thru the night until after a year or so of age and even then sometimes wake up at night. At four months of age she should be waking up a few times a night to feed anyhow. Sleep training is not a good idea for a baby at this age because it is not natural.
