If you are really worried because he isn't urinating much, then consult with your doctor or pediatrician. In the meantime, make other liquids available to him during the day like Louise and Katherine recommended. Remember, too, that babies and toddlers are really good at just eating and drinking what their body tells them to--unlike most adults. As long as he has something to drink when he's thirsty and is wetting his diaper every few hours, you should be just fine. Good luck!

Well at 13 months, he ought to be drinking a lot of water and eating all kinds of foods.
How long has it been since he urinated? If it has been more then 6 hours, call a doctor. does he had a fever?
Sleeping for ten hours is okay and even a good thing. And, many kids don't like cows milk.

Like Louise said if his diapers are wet, no need to worry. I a jealous you have such a great sleeper!
You do need to offer him other liquids though.

He should have a wet nappy every couple of hours or so and at 13 months he should be having additional fluid like water or baby juice. If you are concerned take him to the doctors to be checked over just for peace of mind.
