SLEEPING THOUGH THE NIGHT

I hate to break it to you but, get used to it. I've heard stories of miracle babies who sleep through the night at three months old, but typically that's not the case. Babies have their own internal alarm clock that is set to a feeding schedule. With my son It was every 3 hrs. He actually didn't start sleeping through the night till he was a little past one. My suggestion If you can is to sleep when they sleep, so that you can get your rest. so that you're not physically worn out which i'd imagine you are.
