I have. A 2year old that slept through the night like an angel, then Last October she had a scare on Halloween that thru her sleep out the window, I got her thru the scare but she has resorted back to sleeping like a new born alway waking and wanting milk, so this last week I have tried to change her routine by feeding her dinner a bit earlier then after a bath have a bedtime snack, but still. I'm lost and not sure what else I can do.
any advice would be great
Thanks in advance moms

I have always found a really good bedtime routine works we'll.
mine is dinner , bath , bed . And we read stories every night
Until she's asleep. Now as for the waking up every night I provably
Wouldn't give the milk cause it may cause her to have to go
To the bathroom which could be walking her up more. Also something like
A nightlight, leaving her door open and a hallway light on.
Trying a reward system similar to one you might use for potty training.
Every time she sleeps through the night some sort of special sticker..
