Hi my name is Leah and my daughter gave birth to her first child ,my grandson ,(he's 8 months now) she and the baby were living with me and then without warning she picked up and left to move to the State where my grandson father lives ,i'm so heartbroken and feel worried about the baby all the time ,I always fear a late night call from my daughter because she has had a lot of drama with her son's father and mother ,and everytime she goes there something bad always happens ,I want to try and let go and take care of myself but also worry about my Grandson's safety ,any suggestions would help ,thanks !

Hi:) I wish I knew how to talk to you back through video it's a lot easier like you said lol anyway I really want to thank you for taking the time to talk to me ! I heard everything you said and you are so right ! she is that way as far as following this dude around (grandson's father) to the end of the earth and she is so drama oriented she actually gets bored if there's not any drama going on it's almost like she needs it to feel alive if that makes any sense lol i'm the opposite I like things to be peaceful ,I do have to learn how to fall back and let her raise him and you're right it's the I don't have control factor almost like I know what's best for him more than she does think i'm selfish when it comes to him lol smh I need to learn how to relax it's just that her and her man fight and I mean fist fight and it's very mutual just don't want him to be around that nonsense ! but there I go again hunh ? I guess I have to learn to let go and give it over to God ! I know you can tell i'm struggling with this control thing I didn't realize it til you said it and i'm grateful to you for pointing that out ...now I know why i;m feeling like this and just like u said too it's my grandbaby and my very first one ,guess i'm really hurt too because I wanted him to grow up around me we bonded like wow ok :) gotta stop gonna cry ! I will figure this video thingy out and send you a video chat ,If I can ever help you please don't hesitate i'm here for you to ♥ talk to you soon thanks again !

Thank you :) I really appreciate you responding ....I don't know if this is bad but my daughter and I don't get along living together and it was hard when she lived with me she has no respect for me and starts arguments ,she's unpredictable with her moods so I don't trust her emotionally ! and she didn't do anything while she lived with me probably because she knew I would do everything even though I asked her for her help ,the other reason I worry is because she's living with the baby's fathers mother and there is an infestation of roaches and he's going to be 9 months on the 26th of this month and my daughter still hasn't taken him to get his 6 month shots ...so i'm kind of struggling on this one what do I do ? I tried talking to her about it and it doesn't help she gets annoyed with me and I don't want to see her son get taken away from her ! i don't really have anyone to talk to about this any advice? Thank you in advance

You are such a caring Grandmother I bet you watched over your Grandson a lot when he stayed with you.... Just like you raised your daughter It's time for her to raise her son one thing for certain two things for sure if drama does come she will come with your Grandson back to you. Let Go and Let GOD its ok to check up on your daughter and grandson call and ask how she is doing be supportive don't bring up any of her drama just listen when she wants to talk. This time pray that while she is there nothing bad will happen that your daughter and Grandson will be safe ...Make sure you get some sleep if you plan to keep up with your grandbaby.
