Sleeps Face Down!

I won't be sleeping tonight! My 4 month old has become very comfortable with rolling from back to tummy over the past few days. I went to check on her one last time before I went to bed tonight, and she was on her tummy with her face completely facing down (toward the mattress). I don't know what to do or how to prevent this. I have an Angelcare monitor, but it didn't go off because she was still getting some oxygen apparently. She has a firm mattress, sleeps in a sleep sack, and there is nothing loose in her crib/ no bumpers. She is pretty strong and able to lift her head, but maybe she was sleeping too deeply to notice. I am so worried about suffocation or SIDS. Could the lack of oxygen also cause brain damage? PLEASE help! And yes... I called the pediatrician. The nurse told me to roll up blankets and put them around her. I always heard that was a hazard, so I don't think I want to do that. What do you think? Thanks in advance!
