Slow Cooker Idea's?

It's really easy. If you want you can pre-brown the meat in a skillet or just toss it in as is. Add the meat, spices, onions, garlic, and enough water or broth to come half way up the meat to the cooker and turn on low for ready in 8-10 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Last half hour put in veggies making sure they are down in the liquid adding a bit more liquid if needed and turn it to high if it's not there already. You can check every few hours to see that there is enough liquid but other than that you don't really have to anything with it.
