Sounds like it could be iron deficiency. Iron is what assists your blood in transporting oxygen around your body. If you are iron deficient, tiredness is definitely one of the symptoms, and it makes sense that if you are severly deficient, you would need to take deep breaths to help you achieve your oxygen levels. It is definitely something you should see a doctor about and have your iron levels checked.

How is your blood pressure? You should take it periodically just as a test. I was feeling the same way and I had high blood pressure. I am on meds for it and my blood pressure is now fine. Also, ask your loved ones you live with if you snore or move around a lot when you sleep, you could be depriving yourself of a good nights sleep and don't know it. Hope everyone's responses help you.

I am fifty and do the same. Perhaps pre menapuase. Make sure you take a few minutes a day for you. Pray, walk and leave some of the shores to others....delgate. God is in control not us. Go to sleep early and stay away form the junk food. My sister says that apples have a naural pick me up. Be kind to yourself...Let God take over...Have him in every thought he wants to help us.
God Bless...a sometimes too tired mom...ps play with the kids and feel there fun...

Glad to hear that you're calling your doctor! I think you may also benefit from a good vitamin. I shop wholesale for my prenatal and it's actually one of the best formulas on the market. It's organically bound in a process called Oligofructose Complex. I'd be happy to share more if you message me!
