Speak now or forever hold my peace?

okay my sister-in-law is a mom to a 7 month old baby and just turned 21 and her husband is 19. Ever since the child was 4 days old she leaves him at his grandmothers at least two times per week to spend the night so she can go see her girlfriends at the bar. Her husband cannot watch the baby because his job requires him to work late hours . This is putting stress on the family because my mother-in-law is still busy with her own child that's only in 4th grade and has a learning disability and now is trying to take care of an infant. Should I mention something to her or just wait for the explosion to happen on its own.http://www.circleofmoms.com/my_communiti...

I agree with Jodi, it's not your battle. If your MIL is finding it hard then she should refuse to look after the child. She needs to speak up herself and not let her daughter walk all over her.

I think it should be up to your mother in law to fight her own battles. If she has issue with it, she should tell her daughter.
