My middle (3 1/2 years) son has speech delay problems, lack of attention, a lot of movement, problems with fine motricity and poor memory.. what should I do? How can I help him? He doesnt understand some concepts because of the language problem... I need your opinions.

I would def take him to a speech pathologist and occupational therapist (possibly paediatric physio if he has movement problems). It is very difficult to give a child the help they need without the assistance of a professional who can assess him and tell you exactly how to help him.

Have you contacted your local early intervention program? These are generally run through the county in which you reside. If you have problems locating your appropriate program, your Pediatrician's office may have that information. Your child will be entitled to an observation by the early childhood specialists in that program. While it is not perfect, it's a good starting point. Best of luck!
