I have a four month old daughter and she's very spoiled (she also has colic) not that I mind her being spoiled (she's my first daughter) but it's to the point that I can not put her down and she won't even sleep for two seconds in her own bed . Any advice on how to get her to sleep in her own bed ? Besides the "let her cry" method I don't agree with it .

4 month olds can't be spoiled in my opinion... anyways on to your question. one way is to lay her down and stand right above her and talk to her, sing, or just let her know you are there. Some people say not to touch them... i never listened. It helps them to be touched. Do not pick her up though. Yes she will still cry for a bit.

If she doesn't want to do it this way and is a bit hardheaded (mine was too) you just keep doing it for 30 minute periods a few times a day. It will get her used to the idea of a crib. eventually she will fall asleep. After awhile you will just need a chair next to the crib so she can see you there.
