Any of you ladies out there living with a spouse with Epilepsy? My hubs had his second and we are 39 weeks pregnant. Just looking for some relief or I don't know really. Too many emotions at he moment.
Thanks.

So he has had brain scans, etc? I am really sorry this is happening to you - it must be so incredibly difficult. Did they do more scans after the second one?

An option with regard to getting to hospital is calling an ambulance. Or is there a possibility you have family or a friend or neighbour who could help you?

After his first episode they kept him for days at hospital running tests and observing him and came back with NOTHING. Which is quite unsettling. Our dog has had seizures for about 6-7 years now and they basically told us w her that it "is what it is" and that is kind of the case they are proving with my husband. Now he has to stay on meds to prevent seizures, BUT they make him not like himself. :( it's JUST NUTS. I may be driving myself to hospital when this baby comes! (Which is any day! 😳)

I was just wanting to clarify. So he has only just developed epilepsy. I'm assuming he is seeing a specialist? I find it concerning that he has developed epilepsy so late in life. DO they know what is causing it?
