My daughter was approved for ssi and they are depositing back payments in a dedicated account. Problem is I had been homeless and when my daughter got approved my aunt put a deposit on an apartment and I was going to pay her back. Will ssi allow me to take some of this money to pay her back? Also I have 50/50 custody. Do I pay the father half?

These are questions that you have to ask your SSI rep, not an open online forum. You'll get any and all answers here, and most won't be correct, or won't pertain to your specific situation.

With SSI, there are a strict set of guidelines, and your SSI rep is your best resource

I don't know. You should speak to your case worker, or a lawyer familiar with these kinds of accounts and what the money can be used for.
