starting labor naturally

I am 37 wks and 5 days, glucose intolerant not to be confused with gestionial diabetes, and my baby is about 9 lbs. I've never carried a baby this big, and at this point its uncomfortable to sit stand, walk because baby is so low. I'm also dilated to almost 4 centimeters for the past 6 days. Wondering if I should try castor oil, I hear more positive than negative, but still not sold, on what I should do.

As a youth, every two to three months, my father's mother was happy to force this goop down our throat. They would hold us down, and squeeze our noses. If you spat out the tablespoonful of this sh.., you would get another dose. You were beaten to drink it. Senna pod tea was the alternative. We had stomach cramps for over twelve hours. Our cups were inspected to make sure that we drank to the last drop. Visits to the hole were long and intermittent. I have hated them for this torture. It was used for purging the body. I would never touch the stuff. I have never given the stuff to my children.

Castor oil can cause a lot of very negative side effects. My sister tried it when she wanted to induce labor (even though I told her not to haha) and she had terrible diarrhea for about 3 days. And her baby was still 10 days overdue.
Patience is a virtue. Your baby will come when it is ready.

You should be patient, and wait. Your doctor will, if necessary, induce.

Any other method is NOT natural (ESPECIALLY castor oil, which is potentially dangerous to both yourself and the child)

There's a reason that you have not given birth yet, and that reason is that your baby is not ready. I went 44 weeks with my first and 42 with my second.
