Hi! My name is Mehgan. I have a 2 year old boy named Christian. I am a full-time mommy and a full-time student. I just started college in January at our local community college. I will eventually be graduating with my RN Nursing Degree... Can't wait!! My son was born two months early and we spent 30 days in the hosptal after he was born. This inspired me to go to school to become a pediatric nurse to care for all new babies, but especially babies like my son was. Life is busy and gets hard a lot with a toddler and school, but it will be worth it in the end. In my english class we have been assigned to write an argumentatve essay. I have decided to write about how being a stay at home mom IS a job, even though there are people that would disagree with my. I couldn't tell you how many times I've heard, "You don't work. You just stay at home with the baby." Seriously!! I beg to differ. So, I'm going to write about it.

Yes it is a job. It is not just one but many.

You are a mom, cook, housekeeper, nurse, teacher, and not only those but you are on 24/7 with payments of hugs and kisses, puke, poop, pee, dirty laundry, dirty house...and so much more.
