She is never going to learn to have a dry night without the pullups unless you try. Yes, that means a wet bed sometimes and extra laundry but other than cutting the drinks out at a certain time, taking her to the bathroom before bed, and maybe getting her up before you go to bed to go once more there is not much more you can do. She should have been having dry nights since she was fully day time trained. By now her internal organs that control the bladder and bowels should have more than matured enough for her to not need pullups. You might also take her to the doctor and have her checked out for any medical reasons why she is still not having dry nights. Some kids at this age may still not have those organs and muscles matured enough yet to have a dry night. Some kids this age may have other issues.
