i am glad i am a stay at home mom while my husband is out working but i think my husband should at least help a bit with the kids i mean he is their father, right? so any ideas on how to get him to help out. maybe he can help out at night if the baby cries because i have a two year old at home who just wont go to bed but sometimes my husband loves to go to the bar with the guys it drives me crazy having to sleep alone. please answer quickly in a crisis i am aging faster of taking care of these kids except the older one who is in school part of the day.

Ya I think he should help out but I think he figures since he is working the whole day that's his job and since you are home all day you can take on the responsibility. My boyfriend was the same way when my kids were little. He expected for me to clean the house and take care of the kids .You can say that he wasn't part of it which it's sad but to me he wasn't a father .Its like he was only there to support us no interaction with the kidsKnow my kids are 22 and 17 which are 22 year old doesn't live with us but are 17 year old does and my son really doesn't talk to his dad.His dad never interacted with him and now I feel as he gets older he will recent that. You should talk to your husband and let him know how you feel .Your kids really need there dad.I hope everything works out for you .Let me know i.
