Hi everyone,

I wanted to ask whether anyone has experience with Nutrimigen and Zantac combo--- here's our story so far:

I was only able to breast feed for 3 weeks due to milk supply and LO seemed a little fussy so when we switched from BF/enfamil newborn supplement to Gentlease he got so much worse! He was on that for a week with all colic symptoms that we tried incorporating colic calm with only a little luck. Pediatrician than suggested Nutrimigen b/c he thought milk allergy. He seemed so much better for a couple days but now back to his inconsolable crying most of the day. We went to pediatrician again yesterday who also put him on Zantac and said to give it a few days but it seems that it's not working so far. I read that Nutrimigen AA would be next step but I guess my question is how long does it take to get out old formula out of system and know that this combo is working?

Thanks!! Maybe we just need to give it a little more time. Hope my eye stops twitching from the stress of him crying 😁

Im not sure about the time it takes to get out of their system. But what your going through, also happened to us. We tried everything, had upper gi's and everything. Come to find out he had a milk allergy. He was so bad, right after he ate, no matter how much it was, it would ALL come back up. We switched him to Nutrimigen, and it stopped. Of course you should give it a a few days to a week to make sure that it is in their system fully...Best luck. Keep us updated! =]
