I had my son on June 25th and I still have a big belly? I'm a very small frame person and now the only thing I have is a big belly. Looks like I'm 5 months pregnant! Does anyone know what I can take to get my stomach to go down or excerise that would help?

Thank you! I'm very small...4"11 and use to wear size 1 now I'm about a 5...If i can lose this stomach I would feel good about myself. I look pregnant and now it's starting to affect me. I heard Pilates is really good and looked into a class where I live and it's $320 for a month! That is alot of money so I'm going to buy DVD's and get me that belt you mention (Belly Burner).

Your welcome. Yea cardio and weights go without saying. Since you are a small frame and just have a belly Pilates is what will work magic. You have to be small or in decent shape for Pilates anyways. So if you're the size you want, go for it .

doing cardio helps jumpstart your metabolism to burn off the baby weight. also looking into some form of weights will help build lean muscle that also eats away the baby weight. your muscles got pretty stretched out during preg and have to be retrained to look hot. on the hair, it's common to feel like you are losing chunks b/c while you are pregnant you shed less (hormone based) so after you have baby you have a lot of hair that just needs to be shed from your head. doing workouts that solely focus on your belly may actually do the opposite of what you want b/c they can build the muscle but might not get rid of the fat. just look for something that you enjoy that elevates your heart rate for a decent amount of time. good luck!

It takes nine months to get there, and nine months to get back . Try not to get depressed and just enjoy your little one.

As long as its sucking your stomach in it should work. I use one that I exercise in its called "the belly burner." You can google it. But hair loss is totally normal, it's caused by your hormones going back to normal after pregnancy. Just try not to blow dry it If you don't have to or use a flat iron bc that is damaging to your hair. Also, keep taking your prenatal vitamin.
As for as the tummy goes, I feel your pain I'm still working on mine. It's hard work. I got a Pilates DVD an it is the best. My abs were so sore. Good luck.

Also, my hair has been falling out? Is this normal? Everyone says it is but seems strange to me...my baby is only 4 months old and I just don't understand why I'm losing hair.

Thank you. I've been wearing a girdle since he was born and I wear one all day long while I'm at work. Maybe I'm not wearing the right one? Do you know of a good one?

Get a girdle an wear it as much as you can. And Pilates core work does wonders. You will bounce back.
