Stopping breast feeding

I have recently stopped breast feeding. I have a clogged duct and not sure the best why to get rid of it. Should a pump even though I don't want to continue breast feeding? Will it take care of itself? It's painful, I'm just not sure what to do. Anyone?

also on top of gently masageing it under warm water or warm washcloth. but wear a formed fitted sports bra to minamize stimulation of the breasts. when i stopped breastfeeding I was told to wrap them with an ace bandage; keeping them as close to your chest as possible. yes it will be uncomfortable for about 2 weeks. I was told not to pump because that makes the body make more milk.

Massage the breast under a warm shower or use a warm compress and express a bit of milk. Only pump if that does not work. Just pump as little as necessary.
