I have a 6 year old son, and hes been diagnosed with ADHD. We moved out of my in-laws in march and it was going great, he wasnt throwing tantrums anymore, he went to bed nicely. Then about a month ago i would have to go into his room to tell him to quiet down because hed start playing and wake up his 5 month old sister. He'd start yelling at me and my husband, and just wont listen. We have tried talking to him calmly and he just argues and screams. We have no idea what brought it on. We first thought it was because my husband works practically 7 days a week from about 9am to 10pm, so my husband had started letting him get out of bed when he got home and spend some time with him. it worked for about a week, then he started up again. I'm at a complete loss. I spend as much time with him during the day as i can, while taking care of my daughter. ive tried doing the whole reading routine with no luck. Hes great during the day, but bedtime around here is just crazy. anyone have any suggestions??? I've tried the sticker chart, too. and the ignoring, and grounding/taking things away. it's like nothing phases him...

Talk to his doctor about giving him a little bit of melatonin. Not sure if you have tried this but a warm bath with a lavender bath wash, he may still be adjusting to the new place. Good luck I know it is hard when they won't go to sleep.
