My baby has had a stuffy nose for a while now, I called the Dr. They recommended saline drops and a humidifier.... still hasn't work. I even bought a vicks vapor plug in thing for the wall, any more suggestions

My 3yo son has allergies and asthma and I've become a snot expert. Saline drops in the little bottle don't work. You have to use the can with the spray tip. Ocean Complete Sinus Rinse is saline in a can with a couple of different attachments (one for rinsing and one for a gentle spray). It's available at Walgreens. I would recommend the orange rinsing cap for a really stuffy nose. Get a NoseFrida nasal aspirator AKA the snot sucker. I bought mine on Amazon, but I've since seen them at Walmart. Just read the reviews. The thing is amazing! Good luck.

It's just saline (sterile water). No age limit required for that. And I did use a NoseFrida SnotSucker when my son was a newborn. I received one as a shower gift.

Brittan E. I think you give good advice, but not for a newborn and the age is not given.

How old is the baby? You can use a nasal aspirator with the saline drops to help suck the mucus out, just be super gentle and don't repeat often because it will cause trauma and make things worse.
