Try it and see if it works. Check your dog with a flea comb and a glass of soapy water. It kills the fleas and prevents them from jumping off. If u see fleas then I would bomb your house and treat your dog with something from your vet. Please let me know if this works for you. Take care

The aveeno bath soap and lotion for babies works wonders!!! You should be able to find this online - I buy mine at target. And the baby bath soap is tear free and my dr recommended it for my son and he responded very well to it. May want to also watch how often you are bathing her - maybe try going a day longer in between baths unless she really really gets messy. Also - are you using a baby detergent or regular. Whichever - you may want to consider switching it out just for her things - bedding, clothes, sheets everything. Hope you figure it out and I hope its an easy fix!

It sounds like she has eczema. all three of my kids have it and I use euecrin cream which helps. I also cut down on bathing to 2-3 times a week being water does dry their skin out. also after each bath I slightly dry them but making sure I dry the important areas and put valsoline and them the euecrin cream it it worked for me. you can find that on drugstore.com

My son has splotches of red sometimes and very dry sensitive skin. I found that baby eczema creme works! Just put a lot on her after the bath. Be sure to bathe her everyday as well. Skipping bathes can sometimes cause a flareup. Also, cortizone 10 is a really great product! The pediatrican told me to dab some of this on his little rashes and rough patches. It works over night!!! Be sure to use baby products. No sensitive skin formula's for adults like Lubriderm... they have alcohol in them which makes baby's skin dry up even more and may cause a flareup as well. Use a nice moisturizing baby wash like Aveeno lavendar or Johnson and Johnson baby wash for sensitive skin.

My daughter Chloe has the same problem. For her I have discovered that the best thing that helps her is I will rub the Johnsons 3 in 1 on her then a little vasaline on that then sprinkle her with powder. I know that seems like alot to do but she does not itch and has not been as red now. :) I also have a recipe thing to mix up your own butt paste stuff in a baby food jar, when I worked in daycare there was a mom who gave me the ingredients that you use and it was great also. I will keep you posted when I find it. Hope you can find something to help her.
