Your baby has hyperhydrosis. I have it as well, there are topical creams that can be used however they dont normally work, there is a proceedure that can be done but I doubt you'd want to do that. Keeping the baby cool wont work we have an extra sweat gland and your baby would basically have to be freezing in order for the hands and feet to stay dry trust me. Sometimes im cold and they still sweat. Consult your doctor for options. But overall its uncontrollable.

Maybe she is over dressed? General rule is whatever you'd wear plus one; so if you are in shorts and a t-shirt; put her in pants and a t-shirt. If you feel there is something wrong, call the doctor. We sweat to cool our body off, so it makes sense that maybe she is just over dressed

I would not accept a diagnosis over the internet. Talk to her physician if you feel this may the cause of her sweating
