Swimming is one of the best exercises in pregnancy because you keep cool and keep any pressure off your belly.

Take it easy and don't push yourself. If you listen to your body you will know when you need to stop.

Of course it is. A great way to relax, feel totally submersed, and exercise without it being hard on you.

Yes swimming is one of the best things for exercise during preg. Since your balance can be off with a bigger tummy swimming takes away the balance issue and the stress on your joints due to the added weight.
