HI this is Norma!..........my 6 boys have never had cows milk........do studies on the dangers of it....as there is a protein like substance in it that desroys the human imune system.....and is the top cause of type1 diabetes..
..when breastfeeding is over, that is all the milk the child willl ever need......if you don't nurse( or can't) use a non dairy ,non soy formula ( soy makes a very inferior milk...nut milks and coconut milk and coconut-water are far superior....certain grains also make a good milk....mix all these with liquid vit,and min.

Norma...Thank you I appreciate the response. My son was put on soy formula when he was born and in the NICU.he would not hold anything down and refused to breast feed .he is now 3yrs old and the formula rubs me $150 week.he does not have a milk allergy and would like for him to stop using it.i was not sure if almond milk would be ok? Just wanted to have some info before his dr appt on Monday.thank you for taking the time to answer my question! I really appreciate it!
