Swollen lymph nodes in child but not sick?

On Saturday I noticed that the lymph node in my daughters (7 years old) right armpit was very swollen and soft. Today the left one has shown up but it isn't nearly as swollen as the other one. She isn't acting sick at all. And says that other than being tired she feels fine. She's been complaining of fatigue since around September of 2013 so I'm not sure if it's related. She did get bit by multiple mosquitoes that couldn't cause this could it? She has an appointment with her pediatrician later today but I'm a nervous wreck waiting. Has any one ever had anything like this happen before? Thank you SO much for your help!

Keep us posted on the visit with the Ped...it could be a concern, my dear!

Hang in there, try not to stress too much. If she's been fatigued for almost a year...it may be a chronic condition...
