My sister Jessica was sexualy abused by her father when she was 2 almost 3 years old and I now have guardianship of her she is 8 years old now and is starting to act out and write letters to her dad her only male role model is my husband but often lashes out at him and tries to act older than she is as far as attitude goes

Good for you, for stepping up and taking care of her. I was molested as a child by my "grandfather" and let me tell you it was very difficult to deal with. Even now as an adult it is hard sometimes. She is 8 years old and sometimes different behaviors are expected....just hang in there and show her the correct path to go down. Let her know you are there for her! Good luck!!!

Poor kid :( I'm sorry she is having to deal with such a horrific situation. Hopefully she will grow up to be able to deal with it in a functional way. She is lucky to have you as her sister helping her and giving her the love she needs.
